Design of Image Processing Module for Veterinary B-ultrasound System
The veterinary B-ultrasound image processing module is designed. The image processing module is divided into the image pre-processing part and the image post-processing part. In the image pre-processing part, all the information required by the system provided by the signal acquisition module is collected, and image reconstruction is performed to generate a veterinary B-ultrasound image containing the parameter information of the waterproof layer thickness. In the image post-processing part, a series of image processing is first performed on the veterinary B-ultrasound image to extract the contour of the waterproof layer, and then the thickness of the waterproof layer is calculated based on the obtained contour position information, and finally transmitted to the display output module.
In order to improve the imaging quality, veterinary B-ultrasound uses ultrasonic harmonic imaging. The so-called HI refers to the reconstruction of the sound image using the information carried by the second harmonic in the echo (reflection or scattering). Unlike the previous linear detection of the fundamental wave imaging, HI is a nonlinear detection. HI enables the sampling signal to be imaged within the harmonic range, which can eliminate most of the artifacts in the reconstructed veterinary B-ultrasound image, so that the image quality is significantly improved. At the same time, HI can also improve the aggregation characteristics, further eliminate artifacts, and reduce post-measurement shadows.
Design of ultrasonic flexible waterproof material thickness measurement system based on veterinary B-ultrasound scanning imaging technology, and debug the thickness measurement system. The designed flexible waterproof material thickness measurement system based on veterinary B-ultrasound adopts ultrasonic pulse echo method, which has the advantages of easy portability and small instrument size. It can measure the thickness of various flexible waterproof materials at high speed and accurately display the material thickness value through the human-computer interaction interface. The veterinary B-ultrasound instrument fully meets the production needs of rapid measurement and inspection of waterproof material construction sites.
