Characteristics of animal breast cancer in animal B-ultrasound images
Characteristics of veterinary B-ultrasound images of animal breast cancer:
① Solid nodules or masses in the glandular layer of the mammary gland of animals, most of which are 1-3cm.
(2) The boundary of animal B-ultrasound images is unclear and irregular. It can be seen that the changes of crab feet extend to the surrounding tissues. When invading along the catheter, it can be seen that the changes of papillary side are threadlike or axon-like.
(3) Animal B-ultrasound mostly showed low or very low low echo, uneven, when there is liquefaction necrosis, no echo cyst can be seen.
(4) The number of dots or small shapely strong echoes can be seen on the central or eccentric part of the veterinary B-ultrasound image, and the rear sound attenuation represents tumor calcification.
⑤ The rear wall or rear echo is reduced or irregular sound shadows are seen on both sides.
⑥ The surrounding tissue thickened, the animal B ultrasound showed a strong echo halo, pathologically consistent with the tumor surrounding interstitial inflammation, some may also be caused by the tumor burr to the surrounding expansion.
⑦ Forward invasion of the skin, resulting in thickening of the latter, backward invasion, can be adhered to and fixed with the pectoral muscle.
CDFI showed that the blood flow in the tumor was increased, and the blood flow was spot-like and rod-like, and some blood flow was more typical, twisted or snake-like.
Special cases: The boundary between medullary carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma can be more clear and regular, and the echo enhancement is often seen in the rear. ⑩ Difficulties: some nodules less than 1cm, the above signs are not typical; The multifocal detection rate was not high.
The above is the characteristics of ultrasonic images of animal breast cancer with veterinary B-ultrasonography, timely prevention and treatment, and protection of animal health.
