The effects of reproductive disorders. With the development of intensive pig breeding at home and abroad, there are various degrees of reproductive health disorders in large-scale pig farms, which have become an important factor endangering the economic benefits and healthy development of pig industry. The main culprits are usually parvovirus disease (PPV) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS). The pathogens of these diseases can cross the placenta to infect the embryo and cause embryo death, so it is necessary to use pig ultrasound to inspect the embryo during the feeding process. Other diseases such as enterovirus infection, leptospirosis, brucellosis, pseudorabies, Japanese encephalitis and so on can cause the occurrence of reproductive disorders. In this case, the rate of miscarriage, stillbirth, mummification will increase, litter size will decrease, and pig ultrasound will be used frequently to check the sow placenta.

Breeding of perinatal sows. Do a good job in several aspects: First, 10-15d before the sow, gradually change to feeding the nursing sow, to prevent the sudden change in the postpartum cause indigestion and diarrhea of the piglets, prenatal attention to the use of pig B-ultrasound to check the fetal condition; The second is to add or reduce feed, generally do not reduce material, the use of pig B ultrasound inspection, if the sow is very good, breast enlargement is obvious, then 1 week before the birth should gradually reduce the amount of feeding. Third, a few days before delivery, the sow likes to lie down and does not like to exercise too much, so this should create a quieter and more comfortable environment for the sow. Fourth, during this period, the breeder should have more contact with the sow, and when feeding or cleaning the enclosure, touch the sow body with a hand or brush with a soft brush, so that it forms a conditioned reflex that is not afraid of people, and is ready for human contact with the sow during delivery. Fifth, if it is a large pen, it is best to put a little such as bedding grass in the pen, which is convenient for the sow to carry grass in the nest, but also for the breeder to observe the sow's delivery time, and it is best to use pig B-ultrasound to check its condition. The sixth is to do a good job in the prenatal observation of sows.
