The circuit design of the veterinary B-ultrasound system includes high-voltage pulse modulation circuit and high-speed array selection switch circuit. The following four important parameters are mainly considered in the design process of high-voltage pulse modulation.

The main important parameter to be considered in the design process of high-voltage pulse modulation is the excitation pulse amplitude of the veterinary B-ultrasound system transducer: This parameter refers to the maximum amplitude of the signal loaded on the transducer chip. This amplitude determines the intensity of the ultrasonic energy emitted by the transducer. At the same frequency, the higher the amplitude, the stronger the energy of the ultrasonic wave emitted. The amplitude of the excitation pulse of the veterinary B-ultrasound system transducer is determined by the external excitation power supply and the driver.

The main important parameter to be considered in the design process of high-voltage pulse modulation is the response time of the veterinary B-ultrasound system driver: In the veterinary B-ultrasound probe drive circuit, mosfet is mostly used for driving, including push-pull drive and H-bridge drive. The response time of the mosfet driver used in this system directly determines the quality of the ultrasonic signal. For ultrasonic waves with a transmission frequency of 1MHZ-15MHZ, the rise time and fall time of the mosfet should be within 15ns respectively.

The driving capability of the important parameters is mainly considered in the design process of high-voltage pulse modulation: the driving capability of mosfet is also the key to selecting mosfet, including the maximum driving voltage and driving current. As a digital ultrasonic transmitting system, the driving voltage of n-mos is not less than 1OOV, the driving voltage of p-mos is not less than -100V, and the driving current is not less than 2A.

The transmission frequency of the important parameters is mainly considered in the design process of high-voltage pulse modulation: the transmission frequency of the veterinary B-ultrasound system probe is mainly determined by the transmission controller and the matching network. When the transmission frequency is equivalent to the center frequency of the veterinary B-ultrasound system probe chip, the matching network resonates to produce the maximum transmission power. Of course, as a detection need, different transmission frequencies have better detection effects for different detection objects. When a broadband probe is used, the best ultrasonic detection is achieved through frequency conversion technology.
