In veterinary B-ultrasound, we can judge whether the female donkey is in estrus from the B-ultrasound images of follicle formation, uterine body, and uterine horn. Among them, judging estrus through the image of uterine horn is particularly intuitive.

1. Image of the uterus of a female donkey in estrus: The uterine body of a female donkey in estrus presents a uniform gray-white echo intensity.

2. Image of the uterine body of a female donkey in estrus: The image of the uterine body of a female donkey in estrus. At this time, the uterus is filled with a certain amount of liquid, which appears as a liquid dark area on the veterinary B-ultrasound, and the uterine body presents uneven black and gray similar to wavy patterns. The uterine horn of a female donkey in estrus presents a uniform gray-white circular pattern.

3. Image of the uterine horn in estrus: The image of the uterine horn of a female donkey in estrus. Because the uterine horn is filled with liquid at this time, the uterine horn presents an obvious wheel-like or orange-shaped pattern.

4. Ovarian follicle development detection, follicle development, images of the same development process of follicles, the process of unilateral ovarian follicle development of the female donkey from ovulation to ovulation, and the day of ovulation is recorded as day 0. From 0 to 19 days after ovulation, the follicle develops slowly. During the process of continuous development and enlargement, the follicle rapidly enlarges and fills with fluid 19 to 21 days after ovulation. Under B-ultrasound, the follicle is generally about 40 mm or larger, with a tight edge. The obvious thickening of the follicle edge indicates that ovulation is imminent, and the collapse and deformation of the follicle indicates that ovulation is in progress. At this time, insemination can be performed. 22 days after ovulation, the follicle partially ruptures and enters the slow flow period. The follicular fluid slowly flows out of the follicle, and the edge of the follicle becomes blurred. This is the best time for insemination. 23 days after ovulation, the follicular fluid is almost completely discharged, and the ovary collapses. At this time, breeding can also result in conception, but the conception rate is generally not high. 24 days after ovulation, the follicular fluid has completely flowed out and the corpus luteum is about to form. At this time, the conception rate of breeding is almost 0. In actual production, when the female donkey's ovary is observed to have follicles larger than 35 mm, it should be tracked and observed. When the follicle is close to or larger than 40 mm and the edge is tight, it should be inseminated until ovulation.

5. Corpus luteum development: The corpus luteum is a glandular structure rich in blood vessels that is rapidly transformed from the follicle after ovulation. Its B-ultrasound image shows a uniform grayish white medium echo and the same shape as the follicle.
