Cows should receive timely treatment for obstetric diseases in production management. Cows with obstetric diseases are difficult to conceive without timely treatment. Regular ultrasound examination of cows, once the cause is identified and treated promptly, can restore reproductive ability. Conditions such as endometritis and vaginitis can be quickly cured by washing the uterus and injecting antibiotics to reduce inflammation. Ultrasound diagnosis of cows shows that for infertile cows with insufficient ovarian function, injecting 2ml/time of 0.5% Neostigmine solution into the cervix for 3 times, with an interval of 8 hours, and injecting 1000 units of pregnant horse serum at the same time during the second injection can restore normal ovarian function in more than 80% of cows.

Implement drug stimulation. To improve the mating rate and shorten the mating period, we cannot passively wait for cows to naturally estrus. After B-ultrasound examination of cows, it is necessary to apply pregnancy serum or triple hormone to those cows that are lactating or have not estrus for a long time to promote pregnancy. But try to minimize the use of triad hormones as they have side effects. Excessive use can cause disturbances in the estrus cycle of cows. It is best to undergo ultrasound examination of the ovaries and other reproductive organs of cows before treatment. Practice has proven that drug stimulation can restore normal ovarian function in over 80% of cows.

Early isolation of calves. To create conditions, overcome difficulties, and change the long-term breastfeeding habits of cows and calves after childbirth in the past. Generally, after giving birth to cows, the calves are breastfed for seven days until colostrum, and mother calf isolation is implemented. Artificial feeding of calves can promote increased estrus in cows, and this pattern can also be observed by observing follicles on the ovaries of cows using ultrasound.
