Reproductive disorders caused by extensive management and overuse in dairy production: Due to extensive management, milk production is not carried out during the lactation period, dry lactation period, or even regardless of size, and mixed feeding is carried out under the same dietary formula, resulting in poor fat condition of lactating cows. The Backfat thickness of lactating cows is very poor when examined by ultrasound.

Breeding cows and dry cows, the cows were found to be excessively obese during ultrasound examination, leading to a decline in the reproductive function of the entire herd. Overutilization and blind pursuit of high milk production have caused reproductive disorders in dairy cows. There have been cases of increasing the supply of high protein concentrate feed to improve milk production. The result of this blind pursuit of milk production can only lead to reproductive disorders and increased incidence of digestive system diseases.

Reproductive disorders caused by improper breeding techniques in dairy cows: incorrect observation of estrus timing, inability to ejaculate in a timely manner, and failure to use methods such as monitoring follicles with bovine ultrasound; The artificial insemination worker is not proficient in technology and artificially causes damage to the cervix during the insemination process; Inadequate aseptic operation and failure to timely handle the placenta, resulting in endometritis; Vaginitis, cervicitis, endometritis, salpingitis, corpus luteum cysts, follicular cysts, ovarian stasis, and stubborn vaginal prolapse cannot be diagnosed and treated in a timely manner, which can directly lead to reproductive disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to use bovine ultrasound for timely diagnosis and treatment. Cows with reproductive disorders may worsen their condition due to diagnostic errors or lack of timely treatment, leading to irreversible reproductive disorders. Therefore, it is necessary to use B-ultrasound for preventive diagnosis of cows.

Severe exercise, mechanical collisions, slips and falls, ingestion of frosty grass in autumn, long-term consumption of moldy forage, fungal toxin poisoning, sudden fright, and misuse of medication can all lead to miscarriage in pregnant cows; Death caused by any reason shall result in termination of pregnancy.
