The debugging results of the veterinary ultrasound system show that theoretically, the blind spot of the ultrasonic module used in this veterinary ultrasound system for distance measurement is about 2cm. Moreover, the theoretical measurement range of the veterinary ultrasound system design is 2cm-5m, with relatively small measurement errors and stable measurement display values, which can be accurate to 0.3cm and meet the design requirements. Measure the length of one page of printing paper with a ruler to be 25.6cm, and then measure the accuracy using an ultrasonic rangefinder with a veterinary B-ultrasound system.

Firstly, place the paper flat on the desktop, then stand it up with a smooth obstacle and place it on the edge of the paper. Align the ultrasonic probe of the rangefinder with the obstacle. After measurement, the result shows 25.5cm with an error of 0.1cm, indicating a relatively accurate measurement; Standing 2 meters away from the wall with an ultrasonic rangefinder, the measurement result is 199.8cm with an error of 0.2cm.

The single-chip microcontroller of the animal ultrasound system is used as the control chip of the system. In practice, the distance measurement of objects is carried out using the animal ultrasound distance, and presented in digital form. This system can perform distance measurement well and is easy to control, which can meet daily applications. Based on the relevant research, it can be seen that with the help of veterinary ultrasound detection, its operation is fast, the algorithm is simple, and it meets the requirements of real-time control. The experimental measurement results can meet the needs of industrial production and have scientific and practical standards for use.
