The process of static measurement using animal B-ultrasound system
The static measurement of the animal B-ultrasound system should be carried out in the frozen state of the host, and the measured values should be compared with the parameter values of the gate, source, and drain of each transistor in the static operating point. Combined with dynamic state measurement, that is, turning on the freeze switch, measuring whether the normal voltage drop between the gate and source of each transistor in the working state swings around 5V, and whether the voltage drop between the source and drain is around 125V. Using an oscilloscope to detect the input and output waveforms and amplitudes of each transistor, the faulty component can be quickly identified.
The circuit will experience a short circuit, resulting in an increase in leakage current. This fault will cause abnormal operation of all units of the Veterinary Ultrasound probe, leading to a decrease in imaging quality. This fault still belongs to the transmitting and receiving circuit unit and is not related to the image processing system of the host.
When repairing this part of the circuit, it is necessary to replace components with the same parameters and strictly screen them. It is best to use testing instruments to select transistor (field-effect transistor) parameters, especially frequency response and switching time, as well as related high-frequency parameters and other electrical characteristic values, to meet the original circuit parameter requirements, so that the input and output circuit signals are not distorted. Only then can the whole machine obtain the best electrical signal from the front-end and send it to the host's image processing system to ensure that the performance of the repaired whole machine reaches the original quality parameters and good veterinary B-ultrasound images and high resolution. At this point, clear and accurate ultrasound diagnostic images of the animal can be obtained on the display screen, and the entire machine is repaired normally.
In the process of diagnosing and repairing image faults of animal B-ultrasound diagnostic equipment, engineering and technical personnel can diagnose the image faults of animal B-ultrasound diagnostic equipment as long as they are familiar with the basic principles, process structure, and fault analysis and judgment methods of the circuit of animal B-ultrasound diagnostic equipment, regardless of the model of machine they are facing. Without missing accessories, they can completely repair the animal B-ultrasound diagnostic equipment.
