As the cow develops differently, the ovaries also vary. The images detected by the veterinary B-ultrasound machine at different stages of the ovaries also change. When multiple follicles and alternating follicles occur in one or both ovaries at the same time, cows generally cannot ovulate normally, but there are indeed estrus symptoms on the outside. This phenomenon can be well observed by the veterinary B-ultrasound machine. At this time, luteinizing hormone (LH) must be injected first to cause all follicles to disappear and generate new corpora lutea as soon as possible. After the corpus luteum matures and disappears, FSH is injected when new follicles appear to promote the follicles to fully mature before insemination can be performed. This can be judged by observation with the Veterinary B-ultrasound machine. Cows have uterine hypertrophy accompanied by water accumulation or pus accumulation. When the uterus is enlarged or water accumulation or pus accumulation, the Cow B-ultrasound will find that the follicles are well developed and ovulation is normal. Timely insemination will not help - the result is early atrophy of the conceived embryo and repeated infertility.

In this case, stop breeding immediately. The principle of first treatment and then breeding after recovery must be adopted: first use 1000mL of 10℃ saline, then use 400℃ 10% saline to alternately flush the uterus with hot and cold, once a day, for 3-5 days in a row. Each time the saline is flushed in, the uterine horns must be lifted and the intrauterine fluid must be poured out. When the uterine wall is soft and thin, the cow is observed with B-ultrasound, and then the following method is used. Follicular cysts and ovarian enlargement. This situation usually occurs on one or both ovaries, and sometimes the ovaries are as big as fists. At this time, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drugs should be used immediately, such as 800,000 units of penicillin plus 20ml of distilled water (or increase or decrease the dosage according to body weight) for intramuscular injection for 2-3 days. When the cyst is eliminated and the normal ovarian follicles are mature and about to ovulate, insemination can be performed after observation with a veterinary B-ultrasound machine.
