In addition to detecting successful conception in the early stages of sow mating, using a sow ultrasound machine in pigs can also estimate the number of fetuses carried and identify the vitality of pig fetuses in the middle and late stages of sow conception. Due to the above two reasons, most pig farms have started using pig B-ultrasound machines to test the pregnancy of sows. Will they worry about choosing a portable pig B-ultrasound machine manufacturer before purchasing an B-ultrasound machine? If you don't know how to make a decision, you can take a look at my article.

1. Before choosing a B-ultrasound, first determine whether the other party is a manufacturer, distributor, or OEM machine. You may wonder why?

Firstly, the price is cheap, with direct sales from manufacturers and no distributors making a profit from the price difference;

Secondly, there is guarantee for after-sales service. Our Boxiang Beast B-ultrasound machine comes with a two-year warranty for the main unit and a one-year warranty for the accessories. If there are any problems during the process, free repairs are provided. Don't worry about not being able to find someone to repair any quality issues;

Thirdly, there are professional technical teachers to guide, and many users do not know how to use or view images after purchasing the machine. We at Boxiang have professional technical teachers to provide training, and no matter how much the machine is purchased, it is guaranteed to be taught and understood. If you learn, you can return it to us.

If you take the machine from a dealer or buy an OEM machine, there may be a situation where the other party has been working for a year without making any money and stops working. If the machine has problems and cannot be repaired, it is recommended that you directly take the goods from the manufacturer for more security.

2. After determining the manufacturer, don't rush to purchase. Look at several options and compare prices and quality. Of course, when choosing, don't put too much emphasis on price and ignore quality. Believe that machines with good quality have higher investment costs compared to those with poor quality, and the price will naturally be higher. You can ask the merchant for some usage videos to compare the quality.

3. There are two to three thousand and six to seven thousand prices for Pig ultrasound machines. In addition to their different functions, the probes they come with are also different. The two to three thousand models are mechanical probes that require constant rotation to transmit signals, while the six to seven thousand models are equipped with electronic probes that receive ultrasound signals from multiple array crystals (each manufacturer's array crystals vary to some extent). Compared to mechanical probes, these probes are more accurate.

Two to three thousand machines are usually equipped with mechanical probes, which are composed of crystals and require continuous rotation. The mechanical probe needs to be oiled once a year because rotation consumes oil. If oil is not injected, bubbles will appear in the probe, which will affect the detection effect. So it is necessary to regularly inject engine oil (when the temperature is low in winter, the oil in the mechanical probe will solidify, and the oil needs to be opened to melt for a period of time before it can be used normally). The 6000 machine is equipped with electronic probes, which are composed of multiple array element crystals (each manufacturer's array element crystals are slightly different) to receive ultrasonic signals. Therefore, the service life of electronic probes is longer than that of mechanical probes.

Boxianglai pigs usually use ultrasound to detect the pregnancy status of sows 19-21 days after mating. If the sow is empty, it can be mated in a timely manner, which greatly reduces the time for ineffective feeding. Estimating the number of early embryos around 30 days after mating can help adjust the nutritional formula and feeding amount for sows. When the number of embryos is large and nutrition and diet cannot keep up, it is easy to cause miscarriage or fetal weakness. When the number of embryos is small and there is excessive nutrition and diet, it is easy to cause excessive embryo development and difficult delivery.
